DGL International, a subsidiary of DuluxGroup Australia, is the manufacturer and marketer of the Opel, Levene, Selleys and Acratex product ranges and occupies a prominent and growing position in China’s Decorative Wood Coatings market, alongside its broader range of Decorative paints and accessories, and high performance facade coatings. Camelpaint was established in Hong Kong in 1932, and is a leading manufacturer and marketer of the famous and respected Camel product range in the Decorative, Architectural and Industrial markets in China, Hong Kong and Macau. The combination of the two companies generates an extensive complementary product range, embracing Decorative paints, Wood coatings, Industrial finishes, Powder coatings and Texture finishes, with a widespread geographic reach, underpinned by an advanced R & D and Marketing capability. The two partners in the merger have a successful history of working together, having been joint venture partners in DGL Camel Powder Coatings in China since 2004.
