宁波舜利高压开关科技有限公司（余姚市舜利高压开关厂）创建于1995年，是一家专业从事10kV~110 kV户内外断路器、开关设备操动机构研发、生产、销售的企业，是中国浙江省级高新技术企业；ISO 9001—2000版质量认证企业, 企业拥有自营出口权。现有生产用房13000平方米，员工165人，其中高级技术管理人员20人，从事匹配负荷开关、隔离开关、接地开关等断路器操动机构研究开发十年以上的有5人。先后与中国西安高压电器研究所、中国电科院、维依埃龙源电工研究院、西安森源电气研究所等科研院所单位进行技术研发合作，并与全球500强中的多家跨国公司确立了紧密合作关系，在产品设计和制造工艺上已形成了自己的独特优势。企业现有一批多种精加工、数控加工设备、高水准质量检测设备，多套AutoCAD、PRO/E三维软件参与产品设计、开发。 企业现有产品匹配12KV断路器、负荷开关等操动机构十几种系列（CTB、CT119、VK、CT58、CT100、SS1、CT228、CT68、SS8、CT103等）、24KV~35KV断路器、负荷开关等操动机构（CT19BW、3**3、CT88、ZN12、CT63 ）、110KV断路器、接地开关、隔离开关等操动机构（CT118、CT116、CT112、CT2J、CD2G）。以上产品在中国境内二十多个省近300多家企业配套使用，企业从创建至今，已生产销售各类操动机构近15万台，其中匹配40.5kV断路器的操动机构近25000台、110KV断路器、接地开关等操动机构500多台，产品部分出口到美国、韩国、马来西亚、印度等国家。 公司坚持走科技创新之路，充分重视技术创新和产品研究，致力于成为中国境内国际较好且颇具规摸的操动机构的研发单位和制造商。 NINGBO SHUNLI HIGH-VOLTAGE SWITCH SCL&TECH CO., LTD (former “YUYAO SHUNLI HIGH-VOLTAGE SWITCH FACTORY) was established in 1995. It is specialized in researching, developing, designing, manufacturing and selling operating mechanisms for outdoors and indoors 10kV~110 kV circuit breakers and switch equipments. The company is a High & New technology enterprise and has been assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO9001: 2000.Shunli also has export trading right. At present production building has an area of 13000 square meters and it has 165 employees including 20 senior technical and managing employees among which 5 people has specialized in research and development of operating mechanisms for load switch, switch-disconnector and earthing switch for more than 10 years. Successively Shunli cooperated with research and development units like China Xi'an High-voltage Electrical Appliance Research Institute, CHINA ELECTRIC POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE, CHINA ELECTRICITY SCIENCE ACADEMY and VEI-LONGYUAN RESEARCH INSTITUTE, XI'AN SENYUAN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE RESEARCH INSTITUTE etc. In addition, Shunli established close cooperative relations with many multinational companies that are also 500 World Top Enterprises. The company has various equipments for intensive processing, numerical control processing and high-level quality testing. Shunli also has many sets of three dimension software like AutoCAD、PRO/E for product designing and development. The company now has more than ten series of operating mechanisms for 12KV circuit breakers and load switches (CTB、CT119、VK、CT58、CT100、SS1、CT228、CT68、SS8、CT103), operating mechanisms for 24KV~35KV circuit breakers and load switches(CT19BW、3**3、CT88、ZN12、CT63 )、operating mechanisms for 110KV circuit breakers, earthing switches and switch-disconnectors (CT118、CT116、CT112、CT2J、CD2G). The above-mentioned products are used by 300 enterprises in more than 10 provinces in China. Since it's opened up the company has manufactured and sold nearly 150,000 sets of various operating mechanisms among which 25000 sets of operating mechanisms are for 40.5kV circuit breakers, 500 sets of operating mechanisms are for 110kV circuit breakers and earthing switches. Some products are exported to America, Korea, Malaysia and India etc. The company sticks to taking the road of science and technology innovation.
